“When the war in Ukraine began I realized there are many things you worry about needlessly,” she said, “The war highlighted what truly matters: ensuring loved ones are well. Art can be a Light that fills a person’s heart with Joy! This series of lemons and landscapes emerged in response to my inner search for this Joy. These are light, radiant, slightly naive paintings. Morocco has become a true oasis for me.”
